About

Hello, I’m Vivienne Gebrael.

I have a true passion for working with leaders and professionals in areas that matter most to them.  With over 25 years of healthcare experience, I have worked with leaders and teams in clinical and corporate areas who face challenges such as life/work integration, leading a high-performing team, leading self, effective communication, change management, building trust, fostering positive relationships, and so forth.

It took a life-changing season of burnout in my career where I had to face my own challenges authentically so that I could move forward to create a meaningful life both personally and professionally.

As a Nurse and a Human Resources Consultant, I have had the privilege and honor of partnering with many people at the most vulnerable times of their lives.  I found that active listening and asking meaningful questions invited honest dialogue and discovery to solutions that would have otherwise been missed.  That is the reason I pursued my calling as a coach.  I believe that this is one of the best approaches to help people truly move forward and follow their goals and dreams in life.

On a personal note, I love spending time with my boyfriend, family, and friends. I also enjoy the outdoors, yoga and exercise, traveling, cooking, and creating artwork.
